What teams ask us first.
Is Voxerano a transcription tool?
No. Transcription is one step. Voxerano extracts the facts into a report structure, links photos, flags what needs confirmation, runs review and approval, collects the signature and produces the PDF.
Does the AI finalize reports on its own?
Never. Every suggestion has to be reviewed by a person before a report can be approved and signed. What the AI originally suggested is kept for traceability.
What if there is no signal on site?
Recordings, photos and notes are saved on the device first and upload automatically once a connection is back. Nothing is lost when the network drops.
Which languages does it handle?
Your team speaks in its own language. The report can go out in your customer’s language: the captured facts stay as spoken, the customer wording is written separately and checked by your team.
Can reports carry our branding?
Yes. Your logo, colours and report templates are applied to every PDF, so every report looks like your company.
