Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we process on voxerano.com, for what purpose, with which providers and which rights you have. It is based on Uruguayan Law No. 18,331 on the Protection of Personal Data and its Regulatory Decree No. 414/009, and on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

Scope
This policy covers the public website voxerano.com, the demo request form and emails sent to contact@voxerano.com. The Voxerano application is not publicly available yet; it will get its own privacy information before it opens.
Data we process
Visiting the website
When you open a page, our hosting provider technically processes your IP address, date and time, the requested address, the referring page and your browser type in order to deliver the page and protect it against abuse.
Demo request form
If you request a demo, we receive your name, work email, company, team size, industry, your optional message and the language of the page. Your IP address is used only briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions and is not stored with your request.
If you write to contact@voxerano.com, we receive your address, name and the content of your message.
Please do not send sensitive data within the meaning of Law No. 18,331 (for example health data).
Purposes and legal basis
- Delivering and securing the website — our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Answering demo requests and emails — steps you asked for before a possible contract and your consent when you contact us (Law No. 18,331; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (a)).
- Legal obligations — where the law requires us to keep information (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, do not send newsletters and do not create marketing profiles.

The fonts of this website are served from our own domain; your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other third party when you visit it.
International transfers
Our providers process data outside Uruguay, in particular in the United States. Such transfers are governed by Article 23 of Law No. 18,331 and the rules of the Personal Data Regulatory and Control Unit (URCDP); where the destination does not offer an adequate level of protection, they take place only in the cases the law allows, such as your consent, the performance of steps you requested, or sufficient contractual safeguards. For requests from the European Economic Area, the providers’ EU standard contractual clauses apply.
Retention
- Access logs: only for the short period set by the hosting provider, used solely for operation and security.
- Demo requests and emails: as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and at most 24 months after our last contact unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer.
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Demo requests are delivered to a private spreadsheet and mailbox that only Kunz Global can access. No measure is infallible; if an incident affected personal data, we would act as the applicable law requires.
Your rights
Under Law No. 18,331 you have the right to access, rectification, update, inclusion and deletion of your data. Where the GDPR applies you also have the rights to restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time.
Write to contact@voxerano.com. We may ask for what is needed to verify your identity and will answer within the legal deadlines. You can also contact the URCDP (Uruguay) or, if the GDPR applies, the data protection authority where you live or work.
Minors
This website is aimed at companies and is not directed at children.
Changes
We update this policy when the website or our providers change. The date at the top shows the current version.
